Rough design for Houou Ageha, one of my new originals! She’s a sidequest NPC in Vision. She is Macha’s waifu.

16, 168 cm tall, left-handed, imagine Arakawa Miho (Takakura Himari from Mawaru Penguindrum) as her voice.

She’s very shy due to a combination of factors, but wants friends. Since there’s no one her age in her hometown, you get to go set her and Macha up as penpals.

Her hair, when shaded, will be a bit closer to black than this.

Spoilers-that-aren’t-really-spoilers: Ageha is trans. This is by no means the entire reason for her social anxiety, but her body dysphoria is a part of it. She and Macha wind up as girlfriends before she discloses this, and the end of their sidequest mostly has to do with supporting the both of them as Ageha gets ready to come out to her.*

Proof that I am a horrible, horrible person: Her species of butterfly is sexually dimorphic (only males have iridescent wings). Potential party member Eliot is able to tell her biological sex immediately because he’s a naturalist, but he doesn’t bring it up since that’s kind of a breach of privacy.

*As their relationship is getting more serious. Trivia: There is part-magical surgery in their universe, but it’s expensive and only done in one city and you have to be a legal adult to have it done, so Ageha can’t yet. (Due to tl;dr cultural reasons, she’s actually only interested in bottom surgery per se.)

Rough design for Macha Nic Ciarach, one of my new originals! She is a sidequest NPC in Vision. I will be drawing her waifu Ageha soon, too. :>

15, 159 cm tall, ambidextrous, imagine Hanazawa Kana (Ruru, Sengoku Nadeko, Mizutani Eri etc etc etc) for her voice.

She is outgoing, likes amber jewelry, and is good at capoeira.

The sidequest in question involves setting her and Ageha up as penpals, then delivering letters between them and facilitating their meetings while also acting as relationship counselors of sorts. (This also gives all the optional party member couples, i.e. Vanadise/Lethia and Eliot/Cassiel, extra scenes.)

Secret: Chromatic characters with freckles, curly hair, and pale eyes make my haato go doki-doki.

In other news, these two should totally get married.

Also, I need to become arsed to draw Nessiah’s ribbon more often; I usually leave it out because I can’t be arsed.

*(Shorter being the operative word, as it is still down to his knees at age 17.)

Doodles of Gulcasa at age 15 from my slowly-coming-together 魔竜少年ガルカーサ☆マギカ project.

He was still being abused by his father at this time, and as a result still went through uncontrollable outbursts of indiscriminate violence and panic attacks. He was also a borderline delinquent, was barely getting passing grades in school, and would lock up and be unable to interact with all persons not Siskier, Jenon, and Emilia.

It took about a year for him to get back to something like normal after his dad was arrested, but with the assistance of his family, neighbors, friends, and therapist he made it eventually. :)
