oh jeez i write so much and am generally okay with everything i write to the degree that i’m not sure what to pick, here are two recent things:

You first kissed Meenah Peixes at a Latula Pyrope party near the beginning of your junior year of high school. It was late September and the night air had that distinctly autumn taste of smoke to it; you think it was a little past midnight, but you aren’t sure because there was no clock out on the porch. The watch you had worn that day was analog, and it was too dark out to read the hands.

i just really like the first line here ok. A lot of the “past” sections of this story are more vague recollections, but Aranea knows the time and the place and what she was wearing and what she was thinking and how she was having a crappy time at the party before Meenah came out to the deck to join her. She’s probably not going to forget, either. It’s not some big momentous event in the grand scheme of things, but it was momentous and important to her.

i also can’t really help but wonder when you are going to stop putting anything past hector because really now. hector likes to play with his food. we have known this since riviera. you’ve seen him doing this in the ein route.

so I haven't posted comments on all the relevant chapters because I was at work but I'm roughly a quarter (my phone says 27%) of the way through the roswell route and. IT'S REALLY GOOD but also really upsetting REALLY UPSETTING I CANNOT STRESS THAT ANYWHERE NEAR HARD ENOUGH. I FINISHED THE JEALOUSY CHAPTER AND MY REACTION WAS ESSENTIALLY "CAN I JUST SKIP THIS AND GO STRAIGHT TO THE VIENYA ROUTE ; ^ :?" NOT OKAY NEVER OKAY

jokes aside tho, yeah, Roswell is not going to be having a very fun two weeks. This should not surprise you because Shirou and company didn’t have a very fun two weeks either, all things considered; this should also not surprise you because this is me. (While I do not consider myself a sadist—and it actually bothers me quite a lot when I write something to be horrible and upsetting and people are like hnnng delicious pain huff huff uehehehe etc—I am more than happy to put characters through horrible upsetting things if that’s what a story calls for.)

So, I am very glad that you feel for Roswell and Vienya in their recent horrible experiences! I will accept that as praise that Past Me did her job correctly. Of course, comments when you are in a place where you can leave them/have time to leave them would also be fantastic.

u can’t skip to the vienya route tho it’s like only 3 days in!!! also that would mean skipping nessiah’s route and u sudn’t do that because i am very proud of that route! jeez

(i.e. things that will not happen unless more games get released before i’m done with rose’s route)

consider that they are both “voiceless” characters in canon and in fnh for different reasons

consider that the only means vienya has of communicating with everybody but her own servant is triggering for rose because it throws in her face how nobody but ein thinks of her as a person

okay i didn’t get that fight scene finished, let alone the day, but i did crank out nearly 5k words for this dang story which is more than i’ve done on any fate/ninth for ages so i’m gonna call this a victory
